   Sammanfattning : Abstract Aim was to investigate the effects of heavy resisted and unresisted sprint training protocols and see its effects on sprint time, vertical and horizontal jumping and sprint mechanics. Youth male soccer players [n=27] participated in this study, they were all individually assessed for the horizontal force-velocity profile using two unresisted sprints and load-velocity profile using four progressively resisted sprints (25%, 50%, 75% and 100% body mass).    Sammanfattning : Implementation of the polyphase decomposed FIR filter structure involves two steps; the generation of the partial products and the efficient reduction of the generated partial products. The partial products are generated by a constant multiplication of the filter coefficients with the input data and the reduction of the partial products is done by building a pipelined adder tree using FAs and HAs.    Sammanfattning : Syfte och frågeställningar: Syftet med denna studie har varit att studera de fysiologiska kraven för BMX cykling, samt att jämföra kapaciteten på svenska topp cyklister för att se vilka skillnader som råder gentemot kraven. Under arbetets gång ska följande frågor besvaras: Vilka krav ställs på cyklistens fysiologiska egenskaper? Hur står sig svenska topp cyklister i jämförelse med referensdata från toppnationer? Metod: Kravanalysen arbetades fram via observation av idrotten samt av egen erfarenhet som aktiv för att fastställa vilka fysiologiska egenskaper som kan tänkas utsättas för mest belastning, dessutom granskades vetenskapliga artiklar som berör BMX samt andra cykeldiscipliner som förhåller sig inom liknande arbetstider.
