11. Arbitrary motion Synthetic Aperture Radar
12. Design of a 13-Bit SAR ADC with kT/C noise cancellation technique
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för elektro- och informationsteknikSammanfattning : One of the main limitations of a Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is the large input capacitance needed to achieve the desired performance. This large input capacitance increases the total area of the ADC and it imposes the use of a powerful buffer to drive it. LÄS MER
13. Design and engineering of light-driven dynamic films for bioelectronic interfacing
Master-uppsats, KTH/Tillämpad fysikSammanfattning : In the realm of neuroelectronics, the challenge lies in achieving finer observations of physiological processes to comprehend neuronal interactions and computations. This necessitates the development of more compliant and biomimetic interfaces for improved integration with biological tissues, enabling finer physiological process observations. LÄS MER
14. Design and investigation of a pulsating heat pipe for electronic cooling
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för energivetenskaperSammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to design and investigate a pulsating heat pipe device (PHP). A PHP is a two-phase flow heat transfer device which can handle high heat fluxes with passive internal flow. It is made of a continuous loop serpentine, partially filled with a working fluid that can cool systems, such as electronic devices. LÄS MER
15. Exploring Ethernet Switching Architectures for Area-Efficient Low-End Switches
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för elektro- och informationsteknikSammanfattning : The aim of this thesis project has been to develop an architecture for L2 ethernet switches that would be optimized for silicon area, targeting smaller low-end switches. A selection was made of three different switching architectures, which were compared and analyzed to explore the benefits and drawbacks of different approaches. LÄS MER
