21. Tailoring the magnetic anisotropy in amorphous FeZr-based thin films on flexible and solid substrates
Master-uppsats,Sammanfattning : In this thesis the magnetic properties of novel amorphous magnetic materials grown on a flexible substrate of polyethylene naphthalate and a silicon wafer have been analyzed and characterized. The analyzed films are two films of amorphous Cobalt-Iron-Zirconium(Co36Fe53Zr11 & Co37Fe55Zr8) grown on the flexible substrate and two films of amorphous (Fe89Zr11) doped with boron (B). LÄS MER
22. The Magnetic Characterization of Iron-Chrome nanoparticle
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Synkrotronljusfysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionenSammanfattning : In this thesis, the intrinsic magnetic characteristic of 10 nm FeCr oxide nanoparticles is studied. The nanoparticles is produced using the method of Spark discharge generation. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to characterize the size distribution and coverage of deposited particle. 23. Concept and simulation of robotized assembly application
Magister-uppsats, Högskolan Väst/Avdelningen för avverkande och additativa tillverkningsprocesser (AAT)Sammanfattning : Assa OEM is a manufacturer of locks and fittings for windows, doors and cabinets. To be more competitive, automating the production is an advantage. Assa assembles six different types of left and right reversible hinges. One product stands for 80 % of the assembly time on the line. LÄS MER
24. High Accuracy Speed and Angular Position Detection by Dual Sensor
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Fasta tillståndets fysikSammanfattning : For many decades there has been a need in many industries to measure speed and position of ferrous gears. This is commonly done by converting passing gear teeth from trigger wheels to electrical impulses to calculate speed and angular position. LÄS MER
25. A Comparison of Three Time-stepping Methods for the LLG Equation in Dynamic Micromagnetics
Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Avdelningen för beräkningsvetenskapSammanfattning : Micromagnetism is the study of magnetic materials on the microscopic length scale (of nano to micrometers), this scale does not take quantum mechanical effects into account, but is small enough to neglect certain macroscopic effects of magnetism in a material. The Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation is used within micromagnetism to determine the time evolution of the magnetisation vector field in a ferromagnetic solid. LÄS MER
