In this study, headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry was used to characterise odourant compounds in wine to find chemical markers to explain wine sensory profiles instead of sensory analysis.     Sammanfattning : This work was aimed at identifying the pheromone component(s) of the great Capricorn longhorn beetle (Cerambyx cerdo). Volatile samples from beetles were obtained by means of collection of headspace volatiles from the animals, and by direct solvent extraction of body parts, and analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography- Electroanntennography (GC-EAG).
