   Sammanfattning : The previous year there was a change of power in Norrköping, where the Borgerlig samverkan consisting of the Moderates, the Christian Democrats and the Liberals took over from Kvartetten, in other words the Social Democrats, the Center Party, the Liberals and the Christian Democrats. The purpose of this study is both to explore disagreements within the local environmental and climate policy among the parties in Norrköping as well as to investigate how the change of power affects the local environmental and climate policy.
