  1. 1. (Hur) har distans- och hybridarbetet påverkat företagskulturen? En kvalitativ fallstudie om distans- och hybridarbetets påverkan på företagskulturen inom 5 organisationer

    Kandidat-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Företagsekonomiska institutionen

    Författare :Ludwig Robbstål; Gabriel Andersch; [2024-02-13]
    Nyckelord :Corporate Culture; Remote Work; Hybrid Work; Schein Cultural Theory;

    Sammanfattning : In recent decades, the concept of corporate culture has emerged as an increasingly important factor in the business world, as evidenced by a rise in research and efforts to direct it in various ways. The pandemic has led to significant changes in work processes and office environments as operations shifted to remote work. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Benchmarking a 1 kW hybrid hydrogen fuel cell system

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för energivetenskaper

    Författare :Jonathan Envall; [2023]
    Nyckelord :PEMFC; fuel cell; UAV; hybrid; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) offer great versatility in the tasks that they may perform and they are today used in many sectors. The H24LEO project, administered by the Lund University School of Aviation, aims to develop and demonstrate a hybrid proton-exchange membrane fuel cell-powered UAV to aid in search and rescue operations performed by the Swedish Maritime Administration, and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions compared to similar work performed by helicopters. 3. 3. Towards gradient faithfulness and beyond

    Master-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Vincenzo Buono; Isak Åkesson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :XAI; Visual Explanations; CAM; Grad-CAM; Expected Grad-CAM; Hyper Expected Grad; Class Activation Maps; Explainable AI; Faithfulness; Neural Network interpretability; Hyper Resolution CAM; Super Resolution CAM; Natural Encoding;

    Sammanfattning : The riveting interplay of industrialization, informalization, and exponential technological growth of recent years has shifted the attention from classical machine learning techniques to more sophisticated deep learning approaches; yet its intrinsic black-box nature has been impeding its widespread adoption in transparency-critical operations. In this rapidly evolving landscape, where the symbiotic relationship between research and practical applications has never been more interwoven, the contribution of this paper is twofold: advancing gradient faithfulness of CAM methods and exploring new frontiers beyond it. 4. 4. Auto-scaling Prediction using MachineLearning Algorithms : Analysing Performance and Feature Correlation

    Master-uppsats, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola/Institutionen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Syed Saif Ahmed; Harshini Devi Arepalli; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Cloud Computing; Predictive Auto-Scaling; Machine Learning; Data Correlation;

    Sammanfattning : Despite Covid-19’s drawbacks, it has recently contributed to highlighting the significance of cloud computing. The great majority of enterprises and organisations have shifted to a hybrid mode that enables users or workers to access their work environment from any location. LÄS MER

  5. 5. An Evaluation of GeneticAlgorithm Approaches for theUnit Commitment Problem inPower Generation Scheduling

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Nandini Mattathil Suresh; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Unit Commitment Problem; Genetic Algorithm; Meta-heuristics; Economic Dispatch; Constrained Optimization; Encoding; Crossover; Mutation; Selection;

    Sammanfattning : The Unit Commitment Problem (UCP) poses a significant challenge in optimizing powergeneration schedules within complex and dynamic energy systems. This study explores theapplication of Genetic Algorithms (GAs) as a promising approach to address UCP, their ability tonavigate complex solution spaces and adapt to changing operational conditions.
