Tillståndet uppstår till följd av en utebliven ägglossning där follikeln fortsätter att växa och blir kvarstående i äggstocken. Cystorna gör korna infertila under tiden som de finns kvar i äggstocken och kan därmed förlänga kalvningsintervallet. LÄS MER
