    Sammanfattning : The study has explored the teams’ perceptions of driving forces and challenges of psychological safety (PS) in three different work-setting arrangements (WSAs), which are remote, hybrid, and on-site.     Sammanfattning : The overarching aim of this study was to deepen the understanding of how social secretaries in financial assistance in the Swedish welfare system, reason about the clients’ right to support for rent debts linked to the concept of ‘reasonable standard of living’ and through their professional and organizational conditions within the workplace. The study used a qualitative approach and the empirical data consisted of nine semi-structured interviews with social secretaries in financial aid. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : I planerings - och stadbyggnadssammanhang har social hållbarhet i dagsläget med en samhällsutveckling som karaktäriseras av tilltagande värdepluralism och polarisering allt mer kommit att betraktas som en viktig faktor för samhällets förmåga att hantera intressekonflikter mellan olika grupper och intressen. Forskningen avseende social hållbarhet visar dock genomgående att det saknas en allmänt erkänd definition av vad social hållbarhet är vilket hämmar det praktiska arbetet med att stärka den sociala hållbarheten i stadsplaneringen.
