1. Towards Navigational Aids using Augmented Reality for People with Alzheimer’s Disease in Outdoor Environments : A user study using HoloLens 2 around a University campus
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : This paper investigates the potential of augmented reality (AR) as a navigational aid for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease (AD), offering innovative solutions to the evolving challenges of AD care. As the disease progresses, patients often require more assistance and may transition to care centers, resulting in reduced independence. LÄS MER
2. Noggrannhetsanalys av 3D-skannern Metrascan 3D Black Elite
Kandidat-uppsats, Karlstads universitet/Institutionen för ingenjörsvetenskap och fysik (from 2013)Sammanfattning : This report has been written to analyze a newly acquired measurement method within the companyAston Harald Mekaniska Verkstad AB, which is a 3D scanner made by the company Creaform. Thismodel bought has the name Metrascan 3D Black Elite. LÄS MER
3. Far-field pattern synthesis of transmitarray antennas using convex optimization techniques
Master-uppsats, KTH/Tillämpad fysikSammanfattning : Transmitarrays antennas (TAs) can be seen as the planar counterpart of optical lenses. They are composed of thin radiating elements (unit cells) which introduce different local phase shifts on an incident electromagnetic wave, emitted by a primary source, and re-radiate it. LÄS MER
4. Detailed chemical abundances of neutron-capture elements - from 523 local giant stars
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Astronomi - Genomgår omorganisationSammanfattning : Purpose: The purpose of this work is to determine the abundances of neutron-capture elements in solar neighborhood giant stars. This enables constraints to be put on the the cosmic origin of these elements. LÄS MER
5. Optical Analysis of the Hydrogen Cooling Film in High Pressure Combustion Chambers
Master-uppsats, Luleå tekniska universitet/RymdteknikSammanfattning : For performance optimisation of modern liquid cryogenic bipropellant rocket combustion chambers, one component which plays an important role in reducing the wall side heat flux, is the behaviour of the cooling film. At the Institute of Space Propulsion of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Lampoldshausen, hot test runs have been performed using the experimental combustion chamber BKM, to investigate the wall side heat flux which is -- among other factors -- dependent on cooling film properties.
