1. Robotic Automation of Mechanical Verification
Master-uppsats, KTH/Integrerad produktutveckling och designSammanfattning : This master thesis explores the implementation of Collaborative robots into Elekta's mechanical product verification process. Elekta is a pioneer in precision radiation therapy solutions. Ensuring the compliance of Elekta's products with performance, safety, and quality criteria is of great importance. LÄS MER
2. Increasing the diodicity of ceramic Tesla valves by exploiting the design freedom of additive manufacturing : A study in design optimizations of Tesla valves for ceramic 3D printing
Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för materialvetenskapSammanfattning : The work presented in this thesis was conducted at Uppsala University and at Fraunhofer IKTS, Dresden. The thesis aims to study design optimizations for increasing the diodicity and thereby performance of a Tesla valve, a type of “no moving parts” (NMP) valve, through design freedoms offered by ceramic additive manufacturing. 3. Tillämpning av additiv tillverkning för framtagning av ett hållfast formsprutningsverktyg
Master-uppsats, Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för innovation, design och teknikSammanfattning : Introduction: Additive manufacturing (AT) also known as 3D printing has become a more widespread technology in various industries. The manufacturing method has increased the efficiency of manufacturing industries in producing products with technically challenging properties. LÄS MER
4. Standardization in additivemanufacturing : Recommended parameters and fixture solutions for hybrid printing
Kandidat-uppsats, Karlstads universitet/Fakulteten för hälsa, natur- och teknikvetenskap (from 2013)Sammanfattning : This study analyses and examines the hybrid printing process at Uddeholms AB in Hagfors. The objective of this study is to present recommended parameters to achieve optimal printingresults in a newly developed steel as well as a steel powder material designed for additivemanufacturing. 5. Additively Manufactured Rare Earth Free Permanent Magnets
Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Tillämpad materialvetenskap; Uppsala universitet/Oorganisk kemiSammanfattning : It’s well known that MnAl(C) material consists of a metastable phase (τ) with promising ferromagnetic properties, produced either by controlled cooling from the high-temperature hexagonal ε-phase or rapid cooling that freezes the ε-phase followed by low-temperature annealing. Due to the high cooling rates involved, additive manufacturing (AM) especially selective laser melting (SLM), has been identified as a possible method to retain the high-temperature ε-phase, hence containing a potential capacity to produce permanent magnets upon low-temperature annealing.
