   Sammanfattning : This study examines if the adaptive market hypothesis holds for the Swedish stock market between 1990 and 2019. We use Affärsvärldens Generalindex and test for time-varying return predictability by implementing a variance ratio test and an autocorrelation test. Since courts face limitations when attempting to exert jurisdiction outside of their state territories, state-based non-judicial mechanisms such as the OECD National Contact Points (NCPs) have been established to fill this gap by mediating between corporations and victims of corporate human rights abuses with the aim of providing remedy to the latter.    Sammanfattning : Childhood trauma is a problem that can cause suffering and long-term negative consequences for the individual. A secondary analysis of the dataset in the Gothenburg Alcohol Research Project (n = 349) aimed to investigate the effects of childhood trauma, as assessed by the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), on psychological distress, as assessed by the General Severity Index (GSI), and Alcohol Abstinence Self-Efficacy (AASE), in individuals suffering from Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).
