Kritiska framgångsfaktorer för ERP-implementering
Today, a large number of ERP implementations fail to succeed regardless of organization size. Certain factors play a major role in the implementation, which is obvious to some and not at all obvious to, or forgotten by, others. This report is a qualitative case studie with intrepretative results that identify and analyze the four most critical factors of success before, during and after implementation. The factors are then compared using Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP, in order to determine which factor is the most critical, based on our experience and opinion. The report is intended to help companies and project managers who are facing an implementation of an ERP system make the right choices and not forget about the critical factors. Factors in this report have been selected by occurrence frequency and relevance and are derived from interviews and scientific sources. The critical success factors are then presented by ranking.
