Upplevelsens rikedom : en enkätstudie om människors olika upplevelser av ett besök på friluftsmuseet Kulturen i Lund

Detta är en Kandidat-uppsats från Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för kulturadministration

Sammanfattning: How rich is an experience of a visit at the museum Kulturen in Lund? According to the economists Joseph Pine and James Gilmore there are four realms of an experience; an educational, an entertaining, an esthetic and an escapist. The more of these realms that you feel in an experience, the richer the experience is. In this study I have through a hand out survey to 50 visitors at Kulturen in April 2011, analyzed their experience at the museum and made an attempt to measure the richness of their experience. On the one hand an experience is something individual that cannot be generalized. On the other hand, you can ask yourself if there are similarities in how people experience something and how they socially and culturally can be categorized into different social groups. I have therefore tried to distinguish social and cultural factors among the visitors to see if there is a relationship between these factors and similarities in their experiences. The outcome of my study has been concluded in four different diagrams that quantitively demonstrate how the experience among the different visitors come across and a qualitative analyze of the social similarities and differences among the visitors and their experiences.
