Livsmedelshygieniska faktorer : En strukturell ekvationsmodell om studenters bakgrund, kunskap, beteende och attityd gällande livsmedelshygien

Sammanfattning: In a 2018 study based on descriptive statistics, students' knowledge and knowledge background, attitudes and self-reported behaviour regarding food hygiene are examined. The study found that education plays a role in the state of knowledge regarding food hygiene.   In this study, the data used in the previous study is applied to build a structural equation model based on four factors, Background, Knowledge, Attitude and Behaviour. The structural equation model is inspired by previous research in the field and is intended to see if similar results can be reproduced in this dataset. The factors are presented in a path diagram with the emphasis on examining whether attitudes or knowledge influence the behaviour of individuals in food safety. The model is assessed according to the various Goodness of fit (GFI) indices that follow;
