    Sammanfattning : Syfte: Studiens syfte är att ur ett genusperspektiv undersöka specialpedagogers syn på och erfarenheter av arbetet med elever i behov av stöd i skolan. Hur kan man ur ett genusperspektiv förstå specialpedagogens olika roller och arbetsuppgifter, utformning och fördelning av stödinsatser och utformning och hanterande av verktyg? Teori: Studien utgår ifrån Yvonne Hirdmans genusteori om genussystemet, vilken beskriver kvinnor och män utifrån två grundläggande principer: isärhållande och hierarki (Hirdman, 2001). LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was; to compare sugar content and composition in buds of four inSweden commercially grown grapevine cultivars (‘Kerner’, ‘Regent’, ‘Rondo’ and ‘Solaris’),at three different vineyards in Scania and try to investigate the relationship between sugarcontent and cold hardiness. The concentration of fructose, glucose, sucrose, raffinose andstachyose was determined in the lower positioned buds, 2-8 and upper positioned buds, 9-14of the grapevine shoots with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).     Sammanfattning : This project includes two parts. The first part was transformation of Escherichia coli and Agrobacterium tumefaciens with a vector containing the GA2ox gene. The second part was molecular analyses of the apple (Malus domestica) rootstock A2 transformed with the rolC gene. The rolC and GA2ox genes are two potential genes for dwarfing plants. LÄS MER
