    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to map current scientific articles regarding the subject of classification with the assistance of bibliometrics and domain analysis to create an understanding of the scientific domain.  The thesis uses the bibliometrical methods of bibliographic coupling and co-citation analysis and the theory behind them as well as general quantitative statistical analysis in combination with the theory of domain analysis.
