   Sammanfattning : Since its discovery in 2011, the ferroelectricity of thin films based on HfO2 has been studied intensively. In particular, thin films with a 1:1 ratio of HfO2 and ZrO2 (HZO) has been of great interest. The ferroelectricity arises from a non-centrosymmetric orthorhombic (o) phase of HZO whose prevalence is dependent on the processing conditions. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : A Free Electron Laser (FEL), is a device that generates extremely coherent and brilliant radiation using electrons accelerated to relativistic velocities in a particle accelerator. The process utilises similar equipment to what is used at a synchrotron source like MAX IV, but in addition there is an interaction between the relativistic electron beam and the generated radiation to achieve an exponential growth in radiation intensity.    Sammanfattning : In this project, a neutron delivery system for the study of free neutron oscillations at the HIBEAM beamline at the European Spallation Source (ESS) has been developed. The HIBEAM experiment is part of a two-stage program at ESS which will address open questions in physics; specifically the nature of dark matter and the observed asymmetry between matter and antimatter in the Universe.    Sammanfattning : Multidose injectable formulations require a preservative such as phenol to ensure sterility and protection against microbial contamination during clinical use. However, it is known that the interaction between these components and non-ionic surfactants such as polysorbate 80, also found in this type of formulations, present incompatibilities, which can lead to decreases in the efficacy of the product.
