Med en rättsdogmatisk metod ämnar denna uppsats besvara huruvida Sverige kan förbjuda konfessionella huvudmän eller på annat sätt kräva att skolväsendet ska vara fritt från konfessionella inslag utan att bryta mot sina åtaganden enligt Europakonventionen.
