    Sammanfattning : As more and more In Vitro Fertilizaiton (IVF) treatments are performed each year, there is a need to better predict the outcomes of different stages of the treatment and hence get a better understanding of which hormonal and physical parameters affect the treatment outcome and in what way. In this study, the effect of interaction between baseline AMH (anti-mullerian hormone) and DFI (DNA fragmentation index) on the chance of obtaining at least one good quality embryo was investigated, but no significance was found.     Sammanfattning : Paired box (PAX) gener kodar för en familj av nio stycken PAX transkriptionsfaktorer. PAX transkriptionsfaktorer är uppbyggda av en N-terminal DNA-bindande domän som utgörs av 128 aminosyror, en oktapeptid, och en C-terminal DNA-bindande domän.     Sammanfattning : This thesis investigated the regulation of patulin production in Penicillium expansum in relation to fungal global regulators as well as the cluster-specific binuclear zinc transcription factor (BZTF) patL in silico. It also explored the state of BZTF research in filamentous ascomycetes fungi, and questioned if results in Saccharomyces cerevisiae can be freely translated to other taxonomic groups. LÄS MER
