  1. 31. Prediction Models for TV Case Resolution Times with Machine Learning

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Borja Javierre I Moyano; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Datasets; Machine Learning ML ; Prediction; Resolution Time RT ; Solve Time; TV Cases; Trouble Tickets TT ; Customer-Related Trouble Tickets Resolution Time; CRM system; BI system; Telecommunications; Dataset; Machine Learning ML ; Prediction; Resolution Time; Solve Time; TV Cases; Trouble Tickets TT ; Kundrelaterade problem Tickets Resolution tid; CRM-system; BI-system; Telekommunikationer.;

    Sammanfattning : TV distribution and stream content delivery of video over the Internet, since is made up of complex networks including Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), cables and end-point user devices, that is very prone to issues appearing in different levels of the network ending up affecting the final customer’s TV services. When a problem affects the customer, and this prevents from having a proper TV delivery service in devices used for stream purposes, the issue is reported through a call, a TV case is opened and the company’s customer handling agents start supervising it to solve the problem as soon as possible. 2. 32. Bordtennis — Kopplingen mellan upplevda och fysiska egenskaper

    Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för teknikvetenskap (SCI)

    Författare :Molly Wörman; Ellen Waara Ankarstrand; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Maskininlärning Programmering SkLearn Bordtennis Frekvenssvar Modalanalys;

    Sammanfattning : I samarbete med STIGA Sports AB undersöker den här rapporten stommar hos bordtennisracketar och sambandet mellan den subjektiva upplevelsen av snabbhet och deras egenskaper. Undersökningen fokuserar på de fysiska egenskaperna, tjocklek och vikt, skillnaden i produktion, form, handtagssort, limsort och lack, samt uppmätta frekvenssvar. LÄS MER

  3. 33. Predicting the Impact of Supply Chain Disruptions Using Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Matematisk statistik

    Författare :Hannes Andersson; John Sjöberg; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Supply chain disruption; SMOTE; feature engineering; machine learning; random forest; statistics; applied mathematics; Störning i försörjningskedja; maskininlärning; matematik; statistik;

    Sammanfattning : The dairy business is vulnerable to supply chain disruptions since large safety stocks to cover up losses are not always a viable option, therefore it is crucial to maintain a smooth supply chain to ensure stable delivery accuracies. Disruptions are unpredictable and hard to avoid in the supply chain, especially in cases where production errors cause lost production volume. LÄS MER

  4. 34. Finding ways of optimizing coagulant dosage, for a more sustainable wastewater treatment process

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Kemiteknik (CI)

    Författare :Hanna Sjöman; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Wastewater treatment process; coagulant dosage; COD; machine learning; water and environmental engineering; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : The wastewater treatment process at Oatly consists of several treatment steps of which, two are chemical treatment steps involving coagulation followed by flotation to remove phosphorous and COD. The coagulant dosage is mainly determined based on the operator’s experience and supported using results from jar tests. LÄS MER

  5. 35. Anomaly Detection for Network Traffic in a Resource Constrained Environment

    Master-uppsats, Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för innovation, design och teknik

    Författare :Pontus Lidholm; Gaia Ingletto; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Network Traffic; Anomaly Detection; Embedded Systems; Machine Learning; Random Forest;

    Sammanfattning : Networks connected to the internet are under a constant threat of attacks. To protect against such threats, new techniques utilising already connected hardware have in this thesis been proven to be a viable solution. LÄS MER
