1. The effect of model calibration on noisy label detection
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : The advances in deep neural networks in recent years have opened up the possibility of using image classification as a valuable tool in various areas, such as medical diagnosis from x-ray images. However, training deep neural networks requires large amounts of annotated data which has to be labelled manually, by a person. LÄS MER
Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Juridiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Juridiska fakultetenSammanfattning : The purpose of this paper is to display Swedish law in regards to fake invoices and how these contracts under misleading agreements can be voided. The amount of police reports regarding fake invoices have increased significantly during the last ten years, one should also consider the big number of hidden statistics. LÄS MER
4. Short-Term Surface Velocity Changes During Summer in the Lower Part of the Ablation Area Using Differential GPS Survey, Storglaciären, Sweden
Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för geovetenskaperSammanfattning : short time scale. Four differential GPS stations were installed in the lower ablation area of Storglaciären in Sweden for one week in August 2012. The position data over the period were then compared with the environment information including temperature, precipitation, known hydrology and topography. LÄS MER
5. Evaluation of soft-tissue match methods for utilization in CBCT guided adaptive radiotherapy of lung cancer patients – clinical benefits, limitations and margin determination
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Medicinsk strålningsfysik, Lund; Lunds universitet/SjukhusfysikerutbildningenSammanfattning : Purpose: The aim of this study is to a) study the benefits and limitations with soft-tissue match for lung cancer patients, b) evaluate five different soft-tissue match methods, c) compare soft-tissue with bony match, d) find the stable surrogates to match on for obscured malignant lymph nodes, e) calculate CTV to PTV and OAR margins and volume of PTV for the corresponding margins, and d) study the anatomical changes associated with radiotherapy for lung cancer. Material and methods: 23 lung cancer patients (16 NSCLC, 7 SCLC) treated with radiotherapy, with 135 weekly CBCT set-up images were retrospectively matched to the planning CTs by five different match methods using the registration software Offline Review, version 10.
