  1. 21. Robust BECCS deployment strategies under deep uncertainty : A case study of Stockholm Exergi

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Oscar Stenström; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Bioenergy carbon capture and storage; BECCS; decision making under deep uncertainty; DMDU; Dynamic Adaptive Planning; DAP; Robust Decision Making; RDM; Bioenergy carbon capture and storage; BECCS; decision making under deep uncertainty; DMDU; Dynamic Adaptive Planning; DAP; Robust Decision Making; RDM;

    Sammanfattning : The most recent IPCC assessment shows that negative emissions (NEs) and carbon dioxide removal (CDR) technologies are becoming increasingly important in scenarios that limit global warming to 2 °C or lower. In these scenarios, one key set of CDR technologies is bioenergy carbon capure and storage (BECCS). LÄS MER

  2. 22. GONet: Gradient Oriented Fuzzing for Stateful Network Protocol : Improving and Evaluating Fuzzing Efficiency of Stateful Protocol by Mutating Based on Gradient Information

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Quanyu Tao; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Fuzzing; Stateful Protocol; Gradient Oriented; Neural Network;

    Sammanfattning : Network protocol plays a crucial role in supporting a wide range of critical services, of which robustness and reliability are vital. Fuzzing, or fuzz testing, serves as an effective technique to uncover vulnerabilities in software programs. However, fuzzing becomes more complicated when dealing with network protocols due to their massive state. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This thesis seeks an answer to the question: does current criminal law adequately answer the perceived problem of psychological partner violence? Based on available statistics psychological violence is the most common form of partner violence, despite this its’ role in public debate, legislation and applied law has been peripheral until recently. The main question stems from the hypothesis that Swedish criminal law faces difficulties regarding psychological partner violence. LÄS MER

  4. 24. Hack the Human : A qualitative research study exploring the human factor and social engineering awareness in cybersecurity and risk management among Swedish organizations.

    Kandidat-uppsats, Jönköping University/IHH, Företagsekonomi

    Författare :Isak Andersson; Liza Bjursell; Isak Palm; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Cybersecurity; risk management; social engineering; risk appetite;

    Sammanfattning : Background: With the rapid advancements in technology, cybersecurity has become a topic of great importance. However, the weakest link in cybersecurity programs is mainly due to human error. LÄS MER

  5. 25. Does Rust SPARK joy? : Recommendations for safe cross-language bindings between Rust and SPARK

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Aïssata Maiga; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Rust; Ada; SPARK; Foreign Function Interface FFI ; memory safety; type safety; ownership; Rust; Ada; SPARK; Gränssnitt för främmande funktioner FFI ; minnessäkerhet; typsäkerhet; ägarskap;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis aims to provide recommendations for interfacing two memory-safe programming languages, Rust and SPARK. The comparison of Rust and C/C++, as well as SPARK and C/C++, has been thoroughly researched. However, this level of investigation hasn’t been as extensive between memory-safe languages. LÄS MER
