    Sammanfattning : The study aims to describe how practitioners view their assignment regarding guidance, support and treatment for normally gifted adolescents between 13-17 years with autism spectrum disorder and comorbidity. Practitioners' experience in Social service, Child and youth psychiatry and Habilitation, division of responsibility, and the needs of the target group were studied through six semi-structured interviews which were analyzed thematically and based on new institutional theory. The armed conflict ended in 1997 after a peace agreement had been signed between the warring parties.
