11. Seveskollorna i nordöstra Kebnekaise, Kaledoniderna : metabasiter, graniter och ögongnejser
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The Seve Nappe Complex in the Kebnekaise Mts. is dominated by metabasites (Kebne Dyke Complex) and mylonitic gneisses. This study describes the tectonostratigraphy in two key areas (Nallo and Mårma) and investigates the origin of a granitic gneiss and two varieties of augen gneiss. LÄS MER
12. En strukturgeologisk modell för berggrunden i Sarvesvagge-Luottolako-området, Sareks Nationalpark, Lappland
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The high plateau of Luottolako constitutes a topographical area strongly contrasting from the rugged Sarek Mountains. Older geological maps show that not only the topography, but also the bedrock is different compared to the surrounding massifs. However, the boundaries in the previously publis-hed maps indicate impossible structural models. LÄS MER
13. Från gabbro till granatamfibolit : en studie av metamorfos i Åkermetabasiten, väster om Protoginzonen, Småland
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The Protogine Zone is the easternmost major deformation zone in the southern part of the Sveconorwegian Province. Over the past 20 years discussions have concerned its tectonic significance, e.g. whether this zone is extensional or compressional. LÄS MER
14. Tektonostratigrafi och strukturgeologi i Ålkatj-Tielmamassivet, norra svenska Kaledoniderna
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The bedrock of the Ålkatj-Tielma massif in the central part of the Sarek National Park in the northern Scandinavian Mountains, has never before been investigated. This massif was mapped during the summer of 1997 and the bedrock consists entirely of Caledonian nappes. LÄS MER
15. En petrografisk och geokemisk undersökning av inneslutningar i Nordingrågraniten
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : Fine grained inclusions in the 1578 Ma Nordingrå rapakivi massif have been studied with respect to petrography, geochemistry and zircon age in order to see whether they belong to the same intrusion event as the granite, and whether they are different in mineral compositions or geochemical characteristics compared to the host granite. Such differences could indicate that fractionation processes have played an important role in the evolution of the Nordingrå granite magma or that another magma with a composition different from the granite has intruded the surrounding rocks.
