  1. 1. Multi-Parameter Modelling of Surface Electromyography Data

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Biomedicinsk teknik

    Författare :Ahmad Alosta; Josef Djärf; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Surface electromyography; modelling; Python; sEMG; decomposition; neuroengineering; motor unit; muscle; simulation; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Ytelektromyografi (sEMG) mäter skelettmuskelfunktionen genom att registrera muskelaktivitet från hudens yta. Tekniken kan användas för att diagnostisera neuromuskulära sjukdomar och som ett hjälpmedel vid rehabilitering, biomedicinsk forskning och för interaktion mellan människa och dator. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Techno-economic analysis and simulation of low temperature district heating networks

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Energi och byggnadsdesign; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för arkitektur och byggd miljö

    Författare :Ilia Iarkov; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Low-temperature district heating; Modelica; BTES; LCA; LCC; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : The continuous increase in global energy consumption has led to a greater focus on the energy required for heating buildings. This thesis presents a techno-economic model for analysing low-temperature district heating networks coupled with a geothermal heat source. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Solar Photovoltaic Thermal Collectors and Ground Source Heat Pumps for Commercial Buildings : Case study in Sweden

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Doris Dijak; Elin Torstensson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Ground Source Heat Pump; Photovoltaic Thermal Collectors; Borehole Thermal Energy Storage; Free Cooling.; Bergvärmepumpssystem; Termiska Solceller; Borrhålsbaserade Termiska Energilager; Frikyla.;

    Sammanfattning : In order to reduce emissions from the building sector, which stands for than a fifth of the global energy consumption today, efficient and fossil free heating and cooling systems are of importance. This study investigates the combination of solar photovoltaic thermal collectors and ground source heat pump systems in order to regenerate energy to the ground in combination with free cooling. 4. 4. Unlocking the Potential of Solar-Hydro Hybrid Solutions: Feasibility and Economic Analysis

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Lunds universitet/Industriell elektroteknik och automation

    Författare :Måns Rosberg; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Hydropower; Solarpower; Hybrid power production; Solar-hydro hybrid power; Reservoir storage; Energy storage; Pumped hydro power; Floating PV; PV; Photovoltaics; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : Hybrid solutions that combine multiple renewable energy sources, such as solar power and hydro power, are gaining popularity as a means of meeting the growing energy demands while minimising environmental impacts, but also as an opportunity of connecting solar power plants to the grid in areas where this might not be possible unless large investments are made. This master thesis aims to evaluate the feasibility and economic viability of integrating solar panels with an existing grid connection point at a hydro power plant, along with the introduction of an energy storage solution using a hydro power plant reservoir. 5. 5. Modelling the Water Table in a Bog

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Författare :Tobias Bowley; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : Over the past five years, an ongoing study at INES, Lund University, have examined the encroachment of trees and vegetation into a bog ecosystem in northern Scania, Sweden. While several factors have been identified as contributing to this ecological transformation, including, nutrient availability, and climate, the hydrological aspect remains a key area of investigation.
