    Sammanfattning : Aim: This qualitative study explores the sexual and reproductive health service provision offered to undocumented Roma women migrating to Finland and traces the major challenges in this regard through the experiences, the perceptions, and the views of Finnish health professionals. Background: Sexual and reproductive health (SRH) of undocumented Roma women is of a particular concern since the lack of health insurance, their mobility, and disadvantaged educational, social, and economic level make them more vulnerable to health risks. Increasing production of all relevant medical goods and ensuring their equitable distribution has been argued as a necessity to contain the pandemic, which led to the South African and Indian delegation in the TRIPS Council of the World Trade Organization to propose the implementation of a TRIPS waiver to ensure that intellectual property does not pose a barrier to increased production. Several of the unaccompanied children who came to Sweden in 2015 turned 18 before they received a decision in their cases. They therefore were considered adults and were at risk of deportation.
