6. Towards a feedback system for upper body bodyweight exercises using multiple inertial measurement units : A user-centred approach
Master-uppsats, KTH/Medicinteknik och hälsosystemSammanfattning : This thesis explores the feasibility of developing an affordable and easy-to-use feed- back system that leverages information from multiple inertial measurement units (IMUs) to identify mistakes during upper body bodyweight training and provide real-time feedback to the user. To develop the system, a human-centered approach was used, which involved conducting semi-structured interviews with movement ex- perts and a workshop with targeted end-users to understand their needs. 7. Visual-Inertial SLAM Using a Monocular Camera and Detailed Map Data
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/ReglerteknikSammanfattning : The most commonly used localisation methods, such as GPS, rely on external signals to generate an estimate of the location. There is a need of systems which are independent of external signals in order to increase the robustness of the localisation capabilities. LÄS MER
8. Wrist Angle Estimation Using Two Wearable Inertial Measurement Units
Master-uppsats, KTH/Medicinteknik och hälsosystemSammanfattning : Hand-intensive work is closely related to the prevalence of upper body and hand/wrist work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in office work, manufacturing, service industries, as well as the healthcare industry. Some risk factors include vibrations, forceful exertions, heavy manual handling, repetitive motions, and prolonged nonneutral wrist postures. LÄS MER
9. Server-side factor graph optimization for on-manifold pre-integration in IoT sensors
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Luleå tekniska universitet/Institutionen för system- och rymdteknikSammanfattning : State and specifically location estimation is a core concept in automation and is a well-researched field. One such estimation technique is Moving Horizon Estimation (MHE). In this thesis, the MHE variant single-shooting estimation will estimate the location and velocity of a moving object. LÄS MER
10. Platform Tilt Detection : For Drone Landing
Kandidat-uppsats, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola/Institutionen för matematik och naturvetenskapSammanfattning : This report describes a project aimed at determining the angle of the landing platform to the drones using a tilted platform, IMU, and image processing algorithms. The goal of this project is to determine the safe landing of drones and drone landings by optimizing the landing location via platform tilt adjustment and angle computation. LÄS MER
