6. Exploring Spatiotemporal Relationships between InSAR-derived Land Subsidence and Satellite-based Hydrological Variables
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskapSammanfattning : Shabestar basin in the East Azerbaijan province, Northwest Iran, where irrigation is the main groundwater consumer, has experienced large-scale subsidence and groundwater deletion, which poses a threat to the local agricultural activities, economic development, and food security. With the emergency of mitigating the risk, satisfying future demand for groundwater, and improving resilience considering climate change, this study proposes a satellite-based approach to explore the spatio-temporal relationships between measured subsidence and hydrological variables in the basin to assist groundwater management strategy. 7. Performance Evaluation of Ground Heating and Cooling Systems - Long-term performance measurements of two case buildings
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Energi och byggnadsdesign; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för arkitektur och byggd miljöSammanfattning : Geothermal energy is one of the oldest and most sustainable energy sources and has been used for thousands of years. The temperature of the ground at shallow depth is fairly constant, above the air temperature in winter and lower than the ambient temperature in summer. LÄS MER
8. Risk Modeling of Sustainable Mutual Funds Using GARCH Time Series
Master-uppsats, KTH/Matematisk statistikSammanfattning : The demand for sustainable investments has seen an increase in recent years. There is considerable literature covering backtesting of the performance and risk of socially responsible investments (SRI) compared to conventional investments. LÄS MER
9. Automated advanced analytics on vehicle data using AI
Master-uppsats, KTH/FordonsdynamikSammanfattning : The evolution of electrification and autonomous driving on automotive leads to the increasing complexity of the in-vehicle electrical network, which poses a new challenge for testers to do troubleshooting work in massive log files. This thesis project aims to develop a predictive technique for anomaly detection focusing on user function level failures using machine learning technologies. LÄS MER
10. Deep Neural Networks Based Disaggregation of Swedish Household Energy Consumption
Master-uppsats,Sammanfattning : Context: In recent years, households have been increasing energy consumption to very high levels, where it is no longer sustainable. There has been a dire need to find a way to use energy more sustainably due to the increase in the usage of energy consumption. LÄS MER
