    Sammanfattning : Through a multiple case study of entrepreneurial firms operating in two-sided markets, we investigate how customers' and consumers' are affecting the business model development. By taking a dynamic approach to the business model concept we found that firms' customers and consumers affect the business model development continuously through the firm's process of choosing what customers and consumers to target, understanding these and developing a relevant value proposition.     Sammanfattning : This essay aims at interpreting the legal standards of consumer benefits in the CFI judgment Microsoft v Commission with regard to refusal to supply interoperability information and tying of Windows Media Player. In the refusal to supply part of the thesis it concludes that the Commission’s findings are sound and that Microsoft’s behavior had a negative effect on consumer welfare. LÄS MER
