  1. 1. Comparative study of the static and quasi-static compliance measurement procedures on industrial manipulators

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Katrin Kersch; Anwar Ahmad Rana; [2021]
    Nyckelord :industrial manipulators; stiffness; compliance calibration; pose accuracy; Industriella manipulatorer; stelhet; efterlevnadskalibrering; positionsnoggranhet;

    Sammanfattning : Serial articulated industrial manipulators are increasingly used in machining applications due to their flexibility in application and their cost-effectiveness compared to conventional machinery. However, the use of industrial manipulators in machining processes that subject the robot to high loads such as in drilling is limited. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Instagram marketing to attract international students in an age of internationalisation : A case study of KTH University Instagram from the perspective of Southeast Asian students

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Annusyirvan Ahmad Fatoni; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Social media marketing; Instagram marketing; higher education market; Southeast Asian students; trust;

    Sammanfattning : This exploratory study identifies the importance of Instagram to market universities in Southeast Asia and the strategies to make interesting content to reach more Southeast Asian students. According to the statistics in 2020 by Statista, Southeast Asia is ranked second in the world’s most active social media users, and Instagram is now quickly catching up with the giant platform Facebook and becoming the rising star. 3. 3. Oxidation of Graphite and Metallurgical Coke : A Numerical Study with an Experimental Approach

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Materialvetenskap

    Författare :Yousef Ahmad; [2016]
    Nyckelord :Graphite oxidation rate; CFD; Dynamic coupling; Fluent; TGA;

    Sammanfattning : At the royal institute of technology (KTH) in the department of applied process metallurgy, a novel modelling approach has been developed which allows a dynamic coupling between the commercial thermodynamic software Thermo-Calc and the commercial computational fluid dynamic (CFD) software Ansys Fluent, only referred to as Fluent in the study. The dynamic coupling approach is used to provide numerical CFD-models with thermodynamic data for the thermo-physical properties and for the fluid-fluid chemical reactions occurring in metallurgical processes.
