Studien utgår från följande frågeställningar: ·         Hur beskriver lärarna arbetet i ämnet idrott och hälsa? ·         Hur påverkas den psykiska hälsan när man arbetar som lärare i idrott och hälsa? ·         Hur arbetar skolorna för att främja en god arbetsmiljö?
