    Sammanfattning : In a town in northern Norway, the sailors on whale-watching boats meet whales in their daily work. Many have up to 30 years’ experience in locating the whales, through sight or submerged microphones, and in positioning the boats in non-intrusive ways that respect the whales’ life in the open water.     Sammanfattning : With increasing recognition that reducing carbon emissions from energy in the UK will make a significant contribution to the mitigation of anthropogenic climate change, and with carbon budgets forged following the Climate Change Act 2005 looking unlikely to be met, it is clear that sectoral changes are required to catalyse the decarbonisation process. Alongside the need for this industry to be at the forefront of decarbonisation, the energy sector needs to diversify and employ more women, Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME), LGBT and disabled people, as well as those from different social classes and varied educational backgrounds.     Sammanfattning : The master thesis ‘Cultivating Cultural Citizenship - Acclimatize and the role of creative practices in digital participatory art exhibitions dealing with climate change’ studies Moderna Museet Stockholm’s (The Stockholm Museum of Modern Art) exhibition “Acclimatize” by conducting a multi-method qualitative case study aimed at holistically understanding what role creative practices in a museum setting can play in the climate change discourse. It investigates how digital participation can cultivate cultural citizenship by creatively practicing civic identity, and through accessibility and inclusiveness, open up alternative routes into the climate change conversation.
