With an ability to mitigate industrial food waste and its effects, the concept of upcycled food aims to safely adapt elements from the waste streams for human consumption by transforming them into ingredients to be used in novel ‘upcycled’ food products.     Sammanfattning : This thesis conducts a hedonic pricing model with multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between proximity to Färnebofjärden and Tyresta National Parks and house prices in adjacent municipalities between 2019 and 2020.
