The purpose of this study is both to explore disagreements within the local environmental and climate policy among the parties in Norrköping as well as to investigate how the change of power affects the local environmental and climate policy.     Sammanfattning : Knee osteoarthritis is a growing problem due to increasing risk factors such as age and obesity. It is a common task for a radiologist to grade osteoarthritis in three compartments (medial tibiofemoral (MTF), lateral tibiofemoral (LTF) and patellofemoral (PF)) in a knee from different image views of X-ray images, to decide if osteoarthritis is the cause of pain for the patient.     Sammanfattning : The European court of Justice (ECJ) has the stance that EU-law, within the confines of EU competence, has primacy over national law, regardless of its source, even if it’s the national constitutions.  Although generally the ECJ:s  stance is accepted, sometimes it is instead the EU that has had to indirectly (through inaction) accept the conclusions of the national constitutional courts.
