    Sammanfattning : Unnecessary food waste in Sweden is approximately 1,2 billion kilograms each year and this has consequences for both the environment and resources. The purpose of this project is to investigate if it is possible to reduce the unnecessary food waste, by selling cured meat products to a lower price in supermarkets, after the expired date but at the same time take people’s health into account.     Sammanfattning : In this study I contribute with a perspective of how the European Emission Trading System (EU ETS) has affected the measures to reduce the emissions of carbon emissions in the trading sector in Skåne. To evaluate the effects of EU ETS and see if it has led to emission reductions in Skåne, I have conducted interviews with representatives from each sector and made a complementary web survey with the remaining firms.
