För att uppfylla syftet har studien avsett att besvara följande frågeställningar: Varför upplever unga kvinnor ett utbildningsbehov efter gymnasiet? Hur kan unga kvinnors utbildningsval i gymnasiet förstås och diskuteras utifrån ett genusperspektiv? Hur kan unga kvinnors investering i högre utbildning förstås och diskuteras utifrån ett klassperspektiv?
