    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this essay was to illuminate how the politics regarding alcohol is practised at restaurants in Lund. The main questions asked were: · In which way do the restaurants take responsibility regarding the politics of alcohol? · In which way do the restaurants prevent abuse of alcohol?
