    Sammanfattning : A star edge coloring is any edge coloring which is both proper and contains no cycles or path of length four which are bicolored, and the star chromatic index of a graph is the smallest number of colors for which that graph can be star edge colored. Star edge coloring is a relatively new field in graph theory, and very little is known regarding upper bounds of the star chromatic index of most graph types, one of these families being multipartite graphs.     Sammanfattning : In this bachelor thesis, I explore the different ways of playing the melodeon: in a diatonic way, in a more chromatic way, and the whole spectrum in between.     Sammanfattning : Near-surface remote sensing platforms such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and phenocameras appear to be potential platforms for keeping track of seasonal dynamics at a local scale. This research focusses on extracting time series of different vegetation indices (VIs) from both platforms, computing seasonality events from them and comparing the results against spectral sensor data.
