  1. 1. Design, Modeling, and Testing of a Force Feedback Haptic Device for Simulated Robot Interaction

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för systemteknik

    Författare :Patrik Lindström; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Force Feedback; Impedance Control; PD-gain; Dynamic Behavior; Closed-chain; Master-Slave; Parallel Manipulator; Kinematics Redundancy; Mass-Spring-Damper; Position Control; Current Control; Modeling; Design; Joints; Delta robot; Differential Equations; External Torques; Kinematics; Forward Kinematics; Inverse Kinematics; Dynamic Matrices; Jacobian; URDF; Haptics; Haptic Device; Solidworks; CAD; Maxon Motors; EtherCAT; Beckhoff;

    Sammanfattning : Haptic feedback is a growing phenomenon that incorporates the sense of touch through tactile sensations such as vibrations, electrical signals, air pressure, and sound waves or through force feedback, which employs torques and/or forces to replicate the pressure and weight of a simulated object. Utilizing haptic technology establishes a communication bridge between the user and the technical component, enhancing the user's understanding of the technical component's surroundings. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Evaluating Visual Quality of Secondary Motion Simulation Techniques : A Survey on Stylized 3D Game Character Cloth and Hair

    Kandidat-uppsats, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola/Institutionen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Adam Burman; [2022]
    Nyckelord :computer graphics; secondary motion simulation; physics simulation; game character animation; visual quality evaluation;

    Sammanfattning : Background. Secondary motion is a principle of animation, it is movement that occurs as a result of other movement, such as swinging hair or clothes. In 3D animation, such as in games, it is often simulated instead of animated manually. LÄS MER

  3. 3. LSTM Feature Engineering Through Time Series Similarity Embedding

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Sebastian Bångerius; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Embedding; time series; LSTM; feature engineering; DTW; correlation; prediction;

    Sammanfattning : Time series prediction has many applications. In cases with simultaneous series (like measurements of weather from multiple stations, or multiple stocks on the stock market)it is not unlikely that these series from different measurement origins behave similarly, or respond to the same contextual signals. 4. 4. Exploring the use of call stack depth limits to reduce regression testing costs

    Kandidat-uppsats, Mittuniversitetet/Institutionen för data- och systemvetenskap

    Författare :Patrik Bogren; Isak Kristola; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Regression Testing; Test Case Selection; Code Coverage; Dynamic Program Analysis; Execution Matrix;

    Sammanfattning : Regression testing is performed after existing source code has been modified to verify that no new faults have been introduced by the changes. Test case selection can be used to reduce the effort of regression testing by selecting a smaller subset of the test suite for later execution. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Data-driven methods for estimation of dynamic OD matrices

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Kommunikations- och transportsystem; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska fakulteten

    Författare :Ina Eriksson; Lina Fredriksson; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Large-scale mobility data; Dynamic OD matrix; Unsupervised learning; Sensor fusion; Kalman filter; Principal component analysis; Online estimation; OD estimation;

    Sammanfattning : The idea behind this report is based on the fact that it is not only the number of users in the traffic network that is increasing, the number of connected devices such as probe vehicles and mobile sources has increased dramatically in the last decade. These connected devices provide large-scale mobility data and new opportunities to analyze the current traffic situation as they traverse through the network and continuously send out different types of information like Global Positioning System (GPS) data and Mobile Network Data (MND).
