    Sammanfattning : År 2020 meddelade Europeiska domsstolen den så kallade Schrems II-domen som komplicerar hur europeiska verksamheter får använda amerikanska molntjänstleverantörer på grund av oförenliga lagar och regleringar mellan USA och EU vid hantering av känsliga uppgifter.     Sammanfattning : In response to the recent surge in migrants entering Italy, the Italian government has implemented several laws since early 2023 to expand the administrative detention system for migrants - mostly males - pending repatriation, commonly known as Centri di Permanenza per il Rimpatr io (CPR). Despite the large body of evidence provided by national humanitarian organizations and academic research concerning their overall detrimental effect - both on national budgets and detainees’ psychophysiological health –, these centers are still deemed as the best way to deal with the migration phenomenon.     Sammanfattning : While the Swedish Police, in the geographical area in which they operate, as well as each municipality in Sweden, are responsible for making their residents feel secure, this thesis examines the causes behind the increased feelings of insecurity among residents in Östra Göinge municipality. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the link between the practices of the local police in Östra Göinge and Östra Göinge municipality, which are governed by legal directives, and the increased feelings of insecurity among residents in Östra Göinge municipality.
