    Sammanfattning : Den 24 oktober 2019 beslutade den svenska regeringen att en statlig offentlig utredning skulle genomföras med syftet att presentera förslag om hur ett medborgarskapstest skulle kunna fungera som ett lagstiftat krav för medborgarskap. Denna undersökning tillämpar WPR-ansatsen, och med hjälp av politisk teori och genom att problematisera texten i SOU 2021:2 syftar den till att spåra och frilägga de hypotetiska icke-intentionala implicita antaganden beträffande gränsdragningsproblemet, demos, och medborgarskap som är de möjliggörande villkoren för de resonemang om medborgarskapstest som uttrycks i SOU 2021:2.     Sammanfattning : Nigeria operates a citizenship model which recognizes the rights and belonging of ethnic and culturally identified groups (ethnos) as distinct from, and prerequisite to those of individual citizens (demos). The rights of the ethnos are enforced at the sub-national (state) level of the Nigerian federation and are embodied in the exalted position granted in Nigeria’s constitution to indigenous ethnic groups and serve as a precondition to the rights of the individual citizens within the demos.
