    Sammanfattning : I denna studie ifrågasätter jag tolkningar av Matteus 19:12, som påstår att versen och dess användning av ordet “eunuck” (εὐνοῦχος) förespråkar celibatet - antingen som en ideal eller alternativ till äktenskapet. Detta gör jag genom en studie av både historiska och bibliska bakgrundsfaktorer - främst identiteter, socio-politiska roller och andra aspekter av eunucker i antiken. LÄS MER

Through the personal archive of Eva-Lisa Bengtson, activist and co-founder, it presents the groups Transvestia and FPE-NE (Full personality Expression, Northern Europe) as the first organisations to be started by and for any gender non-conforming people in Sweden.     Sammanfattning : It is a difficult task to interpret historical silences, to investigate subjects that are largely missing in the archives.     Sammanfattning : The female gothic as a genre, with its emergence in the 19th century, has a history of critiquing women’s place in the domestic sphere by showcasing the horrors of the home. When The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson was first published in 1959, it did so with both this historical genre background, as well as with a resurgence of traditional gender roles as an ideal. I have studied the body by examining power and identity in four cases of post-cyberfeminist art, using postmodern feminist theories and concepts such as gender, gender performativity, heterosexual matrix and intersectionality.
