25. Genus, stereotyper och spel : En studie om igenkänning av stereotypt kroppsspråk hos spelkaraktärer utifrån ett genusperspektiv
Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Skövde/Institutionen för informationsteknologiSammanfattning : Stereotyper, gällande bland annat genus, förekommer ofta i spel, och därför har vi valt att granska detta område. Arbetets frågeställning löd: Vilka attityder har grafiker inom spelutveckling till stereotypa könsrepresentationer av spelkaraktärer, samt hur, och varför, de skulle kunna implementera dessa åsikter i framtida dataspel för att återspegla mer inkludering och mångfald genom karaktärsdesign? För att besvara frågeställningen skapades två 3D-modellerade karaktärer, en man och en kvinna, som sedan poserades i 10 stereotypa kroppshållningar. LÄS MER
