    Sammanfattning : Yogurt is an ancient food, used for a better preservation of milk. Milk gets fermented by Streptococcus thermophilicus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus (lactic acid bacteria, LAB) which converts the lactose present in the milk to lactic acid.
