Genom att undersöka ämnet övergång utifrån olika aspekter såsom organisation, samverkan, roller samt vinster med ett aktivt anhörigstöd eller brist i avsaknad av den, är förhoppningen att skapa djupare förståelse för de svårigheter som kan eventuellt tillkomma under processens gång.
