    Sammanfattning : The purpose of our study is to from a sociological perspective, illustrate individuals with gambling addiction and gain an understanding of their experiences and actions regarding the path into gambling addiction. This study was based on a qualitative research method in which empirical data collection was conducted through eight qualitative interviews, in order to investigate the experience and prevalence of adult gambling addiction and what effect this had on the individual.
