    Sammanfattning : The Spanish slug, Arion vulgaris, is an invasive species in Sweden and the rest of northern Europe, dispersing rapidly and widely and it has become a significant pest for both gardening enthusiasts and commercial farmers.     Sammanfattning : During the last two decades, ideas of long-distance interaction between cultures has gained an increased amount of attention in the field of Bronze Age research. Previous research has shown that such a long-distance interaction, connected to the trade of metal and amber, may have existed between Scandinavia and Iberia, facilitated by a group of seafaring warrior-traders, with a shared identity, set of values and cosmology.     Sammanfattning : This essay aims to investigate the conditions of public art in a contemporary discourseanalysis based on medial sources and social networks, concerning the anonymous citizeninitiative “The Shorelinestone”, also known as the memorial monument of the indieband Broder Daniel. With Roland Barthes Semiotics and Chantal & Mouffe's Discoursetheory, I examine the articulations of different discourses in the field, forming an antagonism eventually illustrating the conditions of public art today.
