  1. 16. Coordination of base station energy storage for renewable energy grid : Utilizing Base Station battery storage to stabilize grids with Variable Renewable Energy Sources

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Linus Pekkanen; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Renewable Energy; Energy Storage; Optimal Control; Model Predictive Control; Smart Grids; Machine Learning; Neural Networks; Base Stations; Telecommunications; Förnybar Energi; Energilagring; Optimal Kontroll; Modellprediktiv Reglering; Smarta Elnät; Maskininlärning; Neurala Nätverk; Basstationer; Telekommunikation;

    Sammanfattning : An increasing amount of variable renewable energy sources are being added to the world’s power grids both as an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the fight against climate change but also because some of the energy sources with the lowest levelized cost of energy are variable renewable energy sources such as wind and photovoltaics. These energy sources come with inherent difficulties since their energy production is neither constant nor entirely controllable and can cause issues for the power grids if they cause power production and consumption to become imbalanced. 2. 17. Solceller på Sysavs återvinningscentraler och avfallsanläggningar – en undersökning av potentialen för produktion av solel

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för energivetenskaper

    Författare :Sara Wallén; [2022]
    Nyckelord :deponi; solceller; återvinningscentral; solel; lönsamhet; Technology and Engineering; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : Todays society is moving towards electrification. This means that more renewable energy is needed. In the southern parts of Sweden the energy consumption is far greater than the production and the electricity prices are rising. Sysav is a company that takes care of the waste and recycling. 3. 18. Energy management for 24/7 CFE supply with wave energy technology : A techno-economic assessment of an energy system in Portugal

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Ingeborg Myhrum Sletmoen; Martina Sekkenes; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Wave Energy; CorPower Ocean; Floating Offshore Wind Energy; Lithiumion Battery Storage; Energy System Modeling; Vågkraft; CorPower Ocean; Flytande Vindkraft; Litium-jon Batterilagring; Energisystem-modellering;

    Sammanfattning : The ocean has tremendous potential in terms of energy generation, and wave energy is especially promising. However, wave energy technology is still non-commercial. LÄS MER

  4. 19. Analys av en fysisk energigemenskap med solceller och batterilagring

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för samhällsbyggnad och industriell teknik

    Författare :Maria Gustafsson; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Solceller; Energigemenskap; batterier;

    Sammanfattning : During the last years the number of installed PV-modules have increased significantly. As a result, the self-consumption of the solar electricity has become more important. One way to increase the self-consumption is to install an energy storage, for instance a battery. Another way is to introduce a physical energy community. LÄS MER

  5. 20. Techno-economic feasibility study of PVT collector coupled with heat pump for membrane distillation water purification in rural India

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Erik von Schultz; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Photovoltaic-thermal; Heat pump; Membrane distillation; Off-grid; Water purification; AGMD; Solhybridpaneler; Värmepump; Membrandestillation; Off-grid; Vattenrening; AGMD;

    Sammanfattning : India is experiencing a bitter challenge in terms of water resources, with the lack of access to safe drinking water being attributed to nearly 200 000 deaths per year. The rural population is especially exposed as groundwater make up 85 % of their drinking water, with widespread contamination being reported. LÄS MER
