  1. 1. The utilization of log files generated by test executions: A systematic literature review

    Kandidat-uppsats, Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för innovation, design och teknik

    Författare :Elmi Bile Gabaire; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Software testing; test execution logs; test execution traces; test case generation; test suite optimization;

    Sammanfattning : Context: Testing is an important activity in software development and is typically estimated to account for nearly half of the efforts in the software development cycle. This puts a great demand on improving the artifacts involved in this task such as the test cases and test suites (a collection of test cases). LÄS MER

  2. 2. An Application of Cluster Analysis in Identifying and Evaluating Prognostic Subgroups for Therapy-Related Acute Myeloid Leukemia

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Statistiska institutionen

    Författare :Stefanie Antonilli; [2022]
    Nyckelord :AML; lymphoma; heterogeneous data; cluster analysis; k-prototypes algorithm;

    Sammanfattning : Treatment for lymphoma with alkylating therapy is known to increase the risk of secondary malignancies such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), although the risk is not fully understood. This study investigates the characteristics of AML that arise after lymphoma treatment in contrastto AML cases without a prior lymphoma. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Demography of Birch Populations across Scandinavia

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Växtekologi och evolution; Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för biologisk grundutbildning

    Författare :Janek Sendrowski; [2022]
    Nyckelord :birch; betula; pubescens; pendula; betula pubescens; betula pendula; silver birch; downy birch; demography; population structure; distribution of fitness effects; DFE; dadi; UMAP; PCA; ADMIXTURE; polyDFE; ice age; glaciation; tree; boreal forest; climate change; adaption; tetraploid; diploid-tetraploid introgression; Scandinavia; genetic cluster; pipeline; snakemake; bioinformatics; reproducible; population genetics; postglacial population expansion; demographic history; FEEMS; site-frequency spectrum; SFS; last glacial maximum; LGM; workflow; python; population expansion; population growth; EST-SFS; 0-fold degenerate; 4-fold degenerate; maximum likelihood estimation; MLE; variant call format; VCF; single-nucleotide polymorphism; SNP;

    Sammanfattning : Boreal forests are particularly vulnerable to climate change, experiencing a much more drastic increase in temperatures and having a limited amount of more northern refugia. The trees making up these vast and important ecosystems already had to adapt previously to environmental pressures brought about by the repeated glaciations during past ice ages. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Frankia – ett släkte kvävefixerande bakterier : Biodiversitet, förekomst i jord och frö, samt påverkan på tillväxt hos havtorn

    Kandidat-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för ekologi, miljö och geovetenskap

    Författare :Maria Nygren; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Frankia; Sea buckthorn; Nitrogen-fixation;

    Sammanfattning : This study aimed to describe the biodiversity of the nitrogen-fixing symbiotic bacteria Frankia, to investigate the occurrence of Frankia in soil and seeds, and finally test the effect of a Frankia symbiosis on growth rate on Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) in an experiment. Data from the high-quality ribosomal gene database SILVA was used to reconstruct phylogenetic trees that revealed a genetic diversity in the genus that includes more strains than 16 described species so far. 5. 5. Population structure of Puccinia graminis, the cause of stem rust on wheat, barley, and rye in Sweden

    Master-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Forest Mycology and Plant Pathology

    Författare :Clara Kjellström; [2021]
    Nyckelord :plant pathology; plant disease; crop protection; fungi; P; graminis f.sp. tritci; P. graminis f.sp. secale; P. graminis f.sp. hordei;

    Sammanfattning : Rust fungi belong to the phylum Basidiomycetes, order Uredinales cause damage on almost all plants, including cereal crops. Some of the species within the genus Puccinia causes rust disease on cereal crops. One example of a disease from this genus is Puccinia graminis, which historically has caused severe damage in cereal crop production. LÄS MER
