    Sammanfattning : Over the past decade an increasing amount of studies has demonstrated that PEGylation not only precipitates reductions in drug delivery efficiency but also triggers the immune system to produce antibodies, specifically anti-PEG antibodies.     Sammanfattning : T-cell administration via a scaffold is a promising tool for treatment of inoperable solid tumours. Traditional scaffold materials lack the complexity of the extracellular matrix (ECM) that cells normally grow in.
